  First time coming here, after living in Belvidere for 10 years. Pros was it's a family park/pool, I have 5 kids from q0yrs oldest and 1 yr the youngest. I liked the security, not too crowded. But what I did not like was after arriving there we had to get out for 5 min break which I understand and then the kids had a break for adult swim only. After that clouds came in out of no where and the asked everyone to get out for 30 min for thunder. Which I understand. We decided to leave after the 2 announcement was done of the thunder was heard. Went to the lobby to ask for a credit for another day or full or partial refund. I was told flat NO... I would of been happy if I gotten a credit back, so we can enjoy the pools.
