  Sifu Riley eats, breathes, and lives Gung Fu. The class size is small, so it allows extensive one on one time. The teacher is very technical and dedicates the entire class time to helping his students improve their technique. I was on the fence about the effectiveness of the art, but I became a believer as soon as I witnessed it firsthand. The conditioning exercises are excellent for strengthening of the joints and overall improvement of one's health.
