  Service is generally good, and the servers are friendly. I sometimes go to Pizza Hut, but only on Fridays because they offer a buffet option, which used to be a few days a week but is now only on Friday. Their salads are good, dressings are fine, and their soft drinks are on par with anywhere else. But their buffet food is terrible and often, also cold. It was like this today, again. Why do I keep coming here?

  I wish I didn't have to leave a star to leave a review. They dont even deserve that. I'm pissed. We have had multiple bad experiences from this place. Whether its they forget food, sides, sauces, ECT. They even made our food wrong and we have shrugged them off.. This just crossed the line for me. He havnt ordered from them in a while, because of the experiences. We did this time because they had a good deal. We ordered online and paid ahead of time. When it was delivered to us my girlfriend went to get it, and we received our pizza with one COMPLETELY crushed with the pizza ruined and the other crushed as well. I will never order from here again!! If I could post pictures I would.

  I've had delivery for 10 years, tonight I was told I am no longer in their delivery area. I live 3.5 miles away...
  Do you need to live within walking distance? When we called back they left us on hold for 20 minutes before we hung up.

  Great customer service, clean and fast friendly service. Though they had run out on personal size pizzas They gave us medium size pizzas. Which was even a better deal.
