  After a so-so experience last year, I gave OSF another shot this week and was impressed with the obvious improvements the staff has implemented. I had made appointments two days earlier for my son and I, which took only a few minutes to make. Service was friendly, professional, and prompt. The check-in kiosk worked perfectly. The staff was immediately ready to provide service. What really impressed me was the degree of respect my son and I received from the staff, not only for our health but also for our time. The doctor even took time at the end of the appointment to describe how we could receive even better care when we need it again. Kudos to OSF for their efforts!!
