  I would like to comment about my experience at the Belvidere facility.
  I came in for a estimate on my focus se and from the start I couldn't ask for a better experience with Stefanie and Lauren. They were professional and courteous. Not heard of today.
  They made a appointment for the next day and Enterprise was waiting.
  They promised 3 days and it was done in 2. The shop was very professional.
  When I showed up I checked their work and it was perfect. It was detailed inside and out. It looked brand new, like it was when I purchased it.
  I strongly recommend this facility to everyone.

  I made an evening appointment for an estimate,arrived at appointment time (4:45) and was told the person that did the estimates left for the night. A simple call to reschedule or cancel appointment would have been warranted. Thanks for wasting my time
