  We have been a Culligan customer for thirty years and have gone through various iterations of equipment, most of which has operated as advertised. A newer type of equipment was recently installed, but due to the nasty nature of our well supplied water, it did not work. Service people and the regional manager worked with me to select and install a new superior water system, at no additional charge. While the "down" time was not a pleasant period, the customer service after the initial problem was worked on until the situation was resolved. Culligan takes it's commitment to purify water seriously.
