Extremely disappointed by our lack of service. Tired, exhausted, and worn-out by a long day spent in Chicago, we were headed back home in Iowa and needed coffee to sustain ourselves. The girl at the counter assists the person in front of us. We step up. "Hi. Sorry. We closed at 8:30." Disappointed and confused, we walk away looking at our watches.... 8:30. How could they not help us? Essentially, McDonalds got my coffee money. I'm certain the cashier at McD's had more personality, anyway. If it were an option, I'd give your location zero stars.
