  I ordered ahead of time, but when I arrived my food wasn't done (they told me it would be 7-10 minutes). 20 minutes later I was still waiting. I had to call again to hurry them along and still didn't get what I had actually ordered. (Was told I would have to wait 7-10 minutes to get my correct order, and I wasn't going through that again.) At least the food I did get tasted good.

  I just gave them a second chance. Twice in one month I have gone there for "hot and ready" and it was anything but. Long lines, confused employees (except todays drive through girl was "on it" noon 3/22/18).
  
  The first time I was given the wrong pizza, and charged for sauce I never asked for. I was asked to give my phone number so the manager "could compensate me" on my next visit, only to end up blocking several phone numbers from prank calls. When asked to leave my number today, I refused. Today the manager tried telling me she "was having a bad day, and so was one of her employees" which I would have believed and even excused had I not witnessed her on her personal cell phone while her employees were floundering to get things together. After waiting 45 minutes and watching them give my order to two different people who'd arrived after me, I was given a poor attitude when I asked for my money back and refused to leave my information for them to prank later.
  
  I also witnessed them warm old cheese bread to give to a customer who ordered fresh, and just short of burn a pizza ordered by another customer who'd both arrived at least 15 minutes AFTER me.
